"Beautiful view from the porch and the proprietor was very nice and flexible with check in. We stayed in the upstairs suite and it was quite spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. This is a 200 year old building so it’s not perfect & modern like a new hotel but that’s part of the charm. It could use some updates (the mattress needs to be replaced) but it’s comfortable in every other way. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. "

"Perfect home base! Plenty of room for the 6 adults in our group with space to relax and enjoy being together before and after the wedding. Also, great location close to everything. Stu and Cathy were helpful and responsive when needed "

"We had an outstanding stay. The place was just as described and the house and surrounding property was simply beautiful. I also enjoyed hanging out with the goats in the evenings. We would definitely recommend this for a couple or a family. "

"We stayed at the cabin for three nights with our two boys and they loved it. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful hills and a pound at the bottom of the hill. We took a walk every morning and we cooked fresh food every day. Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. It was close to the Ark too. "
