  • The apartment is located in a beautiful building located in the San Frediano in Oltrarno area; the building has been recently renovated preserving its historical structural features and equipped with the most modern technologies.
    It is on the first floor with a lift and consists of a living room with separate kitchenette, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people in the double bedroom and in the sofa bed located in the living area.
    The entrance gate and the apartment door are equipped with an access code that will be provided at the time of booking.
    The laundry service is located inside the building and works with a € 2.50 coin each for washing machine and dryer.
    Security is entrusted to a video surveillance system inside and outside the building and with video intercom.

The location was convenient, close to grocery shops, restaurants,etc and the host was very attentive and quick in responding to requests. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience staying at this property.

Great residential section with lots of local restaurants...away from tourist hordes that inundate Venice. 20 minute walk to San Marco. Refrigeration half.size thats inadequate for 3 or ore people.. Could use Smart TV.

La localisation, tout les attraits touristiques étaient accessibles à pied. Nous pensions ques les machines étaient dans l’appartement mais elles étaient dans le couloir dans deux endroits différents. Faudrait le préciser dans le document d’information laissé pour les clients dans l’appartement. Ainsi que le prix et qu’il faut avoir de la monnaie. Autrement tout était parfait pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Merci endroit très sympa.
