We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, better than we could expect. This was such a great location and walkable to so many of the sites in Florence. The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation and suggestions for places to go. The breakfast was just ok but all in all this is a great location and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Polite and respectful staff. In a central location, sometimes found easier to walk back to hotel to go to toilet than find a toilet in the city! Breakfast had minimal variety, but plenty of food. Rooms tidy.
