Amazing place to stay in an old italian building. There's no elevator to the b&b so watch out if you have large luggage. Perfect location, next to a tram stop that leads you to the city center in 15 min. The room was comfortable and spacious and the AC worked perfectly for in this warm season. I would stay again if I come back to Florence.

This is a scam listing in my opinion. The property cannot speak English (although my entire reservation was made in English). The property would not provide directions for checking in after repeated calls to the office. Received a text that they could not speak. The booking agent called repeatedly and could not resolve the issue again, because the property manager could not speak English. Took my money and could not check in because they don't speak English. Not happy with Expedia at this time either, as this property should have never been offered to me.

Το δωματιο βρισκεται σε καλη τοποθεσια ( Διπλα σε σταση τραμ). Ειχαμε εξαιρετικο πρωινο! Απ την αλλη μερια οταν μπηκαμε μυριζε ( ισως επειδη ηταν κλειστα τα παραθυρα) ,σε καποια σεντονια ειχε τριχες (προφανως δεν ειχαν αλλαχθει) και δεν ειχε ψυγειο το καταλλυμα.

A localização é boa, não muito longe da estacao de trem. O quarto é amplo, boa roupa de cama. Banheiro fica separado do quarto o que é um pouco ruim, mesmo sendo privativo. A recepcao nao é 24h o que me deixou insegura a internet nao pegou bem no quarto onde fiquei . Cafe da manha bem mediano.

beaucoup top cher pour une telle saleté

Grande chambre au 2eme étage sans ascenseur pour les clients B&B dans une rue large et calme. Mais quand on rentre dans les détails ... une seule lampe de chevet, des pieds de lit qui tiennent on ne sait comment, quant à la petite salle de bain, difficile de rentrer dans la douche même quand on ne fait que 1,60 et 50 kg, une saleté écoeurante des joints de douche, de la brosse WC, un lavabo cassé en étoile, une tablette de lavabo penchée (car elle tient avec un bout de carton plié) et qui ne demande qu'à tomber. Personne absente jusqu'au lendemain matin, accueil = 0, qui ne parle que l'italien, contrairement au descriptif du site. Petit déjeuner moyen. Seul point positif : la proximité immédiate du tram.

La habitación en general está bien, pero el baño está un poco viejo y mal tenido, faltaba un poco más de aseo ya que habían pelos, la puerta de la habitación tiene una llave muy difícil de abrir, tardamos 20 minutos intentando. Tiene estación de tranvía a 2 minutos caminando, y a 15 min de la estación Santa Maria Novella.
