Vergogna!

Accoglienza, servizi, pulizia e condizioni della struttura pessime! Proprietari scortesi e poco educati. Bagno in comune sporco all'arrivo e mai pulito per tre giorni. Pubblicizzato come B&B invece è un'affitta camere dove il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente inadeguato. Unica nota positiva la posizione centralissima a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

No ragazzi, proprio non ci siamo! Ho pagato 70€ per una notte (2 persone) ma non ci vale per niente. Manca proprio dei requisiti base, mi spiace anche perché è in un'ottima posizione vicinissima al centro di Firenze.

イタリア語しか話さない老夫婦が管理しているようです。カギを3種類渡され、建物入り口と部屋の カギは正しいものだったが宿泊階の入り口のカギが正しくなく一瞬締め出された。管理人呼び出してカギを正しいものに替えてもらった。部屋のエアコンのコントローラーもきちんと作動するものに3回替えてもらわねばならなかった。言葉が通じないのにCity Tax支払いのみスムース。 Wifのパスワードはやたらと長いものが受付に貼り出されているだけでカメラで写して使った。

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

It was a really awful experience in here.The host they can’t speak English.In the beginning I was in the phone and asked about the location.But they said to me no English.And hang me on the phone.I can't believe it.And I called again.They just kept speaking Italian.And hang me on the phone again! It was not good.In the end I finally found the hotel by myself.Because I asked the restaurant staff.When I come inside the room.It was really really really dirty and disgusting.The bed sheet was terrible.I believe they never wash it.Also the bathroom was really dirty.And no elevator.So if you have the big luggage please think about it. And if you don't mind they can't speak English just booking.

Very cheap hotel in a good area

You do, unfortunately, get what you pay for. This hotel is managed by an older couple who does not speak English very well at all. It made checking in and checking out very difficult. While the staff is very kind, the property itself is quite awful. The light in the room is a very unflattering fluorescent white. The windows don't close all the way, so mosquitoes did get in and it got quite chilly overnight. The bed is not comfortable and lined with a plastic wrap under the bed sheets, which feels odd. The room smelled of smoke. The towels were given during check in and they were torn up and tattered. The shampoo doubles as soap and was completely watered down. The building itself is not listed at the correct location on Google, so when navigating be extra careful to use the actual address, not by searching "Barbara House" on any map service. And most importantly, at this hotel, you cannot use regular European power converters, which work at many other Italian hotels!!! You MUST have the Italian converter for anything you want to plug in! This hotel is certainly not a five star hotel, no matter what Expedia says (I have no idea how it got that rating, must be an error). I would consider this a one star hotel (do they go lower?) by American standards. The price and location do, however, make this hotel a considerable option for Florence, despite all the criticism given because it is a very cheap stay in a very walkable area.

La proprietaria è molto simpatica e gentile, ma dovrebbero pulire di più le camere e non limitarsi a fare solo il letto e magari toglieri un po di polvere sui la padri... ma nonostante ciò il soggiorno è stato piacevole e tranquillo

Acceuil sympa mais pas de détail Pas d acceuil et responsable difficile à trouver . Domage de ne pas savoir que l on peut utiliser en commun une cuisine ( évite les restos) . Propreté mauvaise et état des lieux bricolé . Mais bien placé au centre de Florence .

호스트가 노부부인데 체크인할때 제 정보랑 다른 분 정보랑 착각하셔서 돈 더 내라고 난리난리도 아니었음. 지도상에 나와있는 위치랑도 달라서 물어물어갔음. 객실 굉장히 어둡고 열쇠가 정말 잘 안돌아감. 매우 비추.
