Очень понравилась гостиница. Катарина (хозяйка отеля) была очень радушна и отзывчива, предложила бесплатные завтраки в ресторане на площади (Нептуна), доп плату за это не взяла. Отдыхали вдвоём в период с 13 по 16 февраля. Каждый день меняли полотенца и кровать, в номере были мыльные принадлежности и питьевая вода. Благодарим за комфортабельный отдых в центре Флоренции

La proximité avec les lieux touristiques et la taille de la chambre sont très agréables. L’absence d’accueil aussi bien pour l’arrivée que le départ sont décevants. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un resto sur la place de la seigneurie mais pas avant 9h le matin. L’hôtel se situe juste au dessus du teatro verdi donc apportez vos boules quiez... dès qu’il y a un concert tout vibre jusqu’à minuit! Il y a une bouilloire dans la chambre... mais à quoi bon puisque pas de tasses ni de thé etc...

Posizione eccellente e comoda a tutto . Camera molto spaziosa . L’unica nota dolente era la pulizia della camera , e la colazione , in quanto quest’ultima non era nella struttura ma in un ristorante a 5 minuti a piedi . Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione nel plateatico esterno in quanto dentro non erano aperti . La Colazione era alla carta e non a buffet , un po’ scadente come qualità .

Toppenboende!

Sköna sängar, rena rum och bra badrum. Läget är perfekt och värden hjälpte oss med tips med mera. Soptömning på gatan utanför gjorde inget eftersom isolerade fönster nästan helt tog bort alla ljud. Ett jättebra boende som vi varmt rekommenderar!

Très bel appartement transformé en BandB Confortable mais le stationnement avec voiturier est trop cher. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un restaurant à 5 mn de marche et pas avant 9h. Très bien situé À recommander

Clean Room located close to attractions.

The room was in a great location, close walk to major attractions within the city. It was kept very clean and turned over daily by the staff. However, the breakfast left something to be desired as it consisted of only bread w/ jam/Nutella and yogurt. Also, had more of an AirBNB feel as there was not always a staff member available on the property. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Functional a place to stay

The place was hard to get to especially if you are driving because traffic is really strict in the historic part of town. The outside of the building is under renovation and does not look appealing. The room was clean and functional. The personnel was kind, although they didn’t speak much English. There is no sit down area in the kitchen so you need to eat your breakfast in the room. The location is great if you plan on walking.

Perfect location next to Santa Croce, Uffizi 10 minute walk, great restaurants all around hotel. Room is modern, clean, cold air conditioning, water bottles everyday, croissants for breakfast, coffee machine in kitchen, very clean bed linens and pillows, our room had two doubles and a single so could fit 5 no problem, best choice for us, made our trip to Florence very memorable, would stay again for sure! There is a cooking school 8 minutes north of here called Chef Factory, this was the highlight of our trip!

Håller inte vad som lovat

+ fint badrum och nära till alla sevärdheter. - Vägglöss, ingen frukost som lovat, otrevligt bemötande av ägaren och andra anställda. När vi pratade med ägaren om detta fick vi bara ursäkter och anklagelser tillbaka. Skulle inte rekommendera detta till någon.

Wonderful staff!!

The staff was very accomodating and did not have any racist misgiving unlike the rest of Venice; I found the people of venice not so welcoming- in fact they don't like tourists much, so try not to bother them much. The hotel bed was comfortable; they provided all toiletries; breakfast was a neat spread. They even let us leave our luggage in the hotel until it was our time to leave. It would have been nice if they revovated the hotel overall. I would recommend this hotel.

Biz ailecek gittik. Bulunduğu bölge uffiziye yürüyerek 5 10 dk. Mini buzdolabı var. Kahvaltı kültürü elbet bizden farklı. Kıtır ekmek , reçel , bal gibi ürünler var. Odaya siz gelmeden önce konulmuş. Sabah 10 a kadar mutfaktan portakal suyu ve kruvasan alabiliyorsunuz. Sınırsız. Odada bir su ısıtıcı var cay kahve yapmak için. Ancak gittiğiniz ilk an kapıyı açan olmazsa şaşırmayın. O an kapıda ücretsiz nete bağlanıp size gelen maildeki kapı şifresini girip içeri giriyorsunuz. Bir üst kata çıktığınızda dış kapıda soyadınıza bırakılmış bir zarf var. Anahtar ve WiFi şifresi içinde . Sonra odanıza geçiyorsunuz. Kapıda bizi karşılayan olmadı. Ama çıkarken çıkış saati 10. Ona dikkat edin. Birde çanta koymak için sıkıntı yapmıyorlar
