A nice room with comfortable beds and cool air conditioning. The rooftop terrace is a nice amenity and the location is in the heart of old Florence. The staff are wonderful! The only issue is that water leaks from under the shower glass door if you aren’t careful. Also, it’s a €19 taxi ride to the rail station from there. It was a great value and we would stay again.

Great location a few minutes walk from the Duomo and also close to the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchi. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Assisted in getting hard-to-get restaurant reservations. Note: as fully disclosed in the hotel details, there is a quite a set of stairs to climb before you get to the reception desk and rooms; there is a series of ramps to assist, but still a bit of a chore.

Nice clean place, in the middle of everything, 25 min walk to Santa Maria train station, staff are helpful. AC worked well during hot summer hours. Comfortable beds. Just be prepared for many steps to get to room

My family and I loved the modern bathrooms and the ornate/cool bedrooms. We had the Petunias and Magnolia rooms. The espresso machines and the bottles of wine were very much appreciated! My kids liked the library and the roof deck. Excellent central location, most of all!

The location is great. Walkable to everything. Barbara is super helpful. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly plus shower head switch was not working. It was addressed very quickly. There were dead roaches on the stairs to the hotel. The room was very pleasant and clean.
