The location of this hotel was fantastic as it is close to the square, restaurants and all Florence has to offer. The team was accommodating and the room had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that wasn’t as clear was initially finding the property, however, the staff was helpful and everything was great once we figured that out.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offered great value, a fantastic location, and a delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Perfect stay in Florence! We absolutely loved Casa Thiele. The location is unbeatable, we explored Florence entirely on foot. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, check-in was easy, and our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfectly comfortable. We loved arriving to the AC already on! Breakfast was simple and delicious. The stairs were completely manageable and didn’t take away from the experience at all. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a lovely little place. It wasn’t the easiest to find, just a green door between shops, but what a location! Right next to the Piazza Vecchia, and just a 15min walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was to order when you first arrived, and ready at the time you request. The room was really spacious, and had a great character. Honestly, this place is a gem of a find. 100% recommend.

Fanatstic bed and breakfast right in Florence’s city center! If you are looking for an intimate stay, I would highly recommend. If you are adverse to stairs or are older, a caution that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to your room. They are wide stairs and the staff is extremely helpful and helped us carry up our bags when we checked in.

The location was very convenient, we were able to come back to it many times during the day to use the restroom, change, or grab something we needed. It was clean, breakfast was good, room was spacious. The onlyyyyy con is that there are 57 steps you have to climb every time you go to the room :( no elevator.

The hotel location was excellent. The manager Daniel was so very helpful and is a great communicator. We only stayed one night and it was lovely! My husband and I had been in Italy for two weeks prior to this stay and just needed a good hotel before heading to the airport. We didn’t want an airport hotel and this small hotel was perfect for our needs. We were not able to have the breakfast as we needed to leave early. A nice efficient place to stay. Clean and perfect location! For some reason we were unable to turn off the AC - and the light bedding made it very cold in our room. Other than that! We had a perfect stay! I think that was more our issue and not the hotel! Thank you Daniel for having our taxi waiting early for us. Much appreciated.

Our hosts were the highlight of our stay, as they were so kind and made us feel so welcome. The room itself (Honeymoon suite) was beautiful, with some exposed stone, but with modern finishings. Lounging in the room was almost as good as exploring the city! Breakfast was also fabulous, prepared with care. There are a few flights of stairs to the property but the hosts are willing to help bring bags up. Location couldn't be better.

Beautiful hotel with an incredibly polite and welcoming staff. The receptionist, Robbie (Rebecca), was outstanding and truly made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, and if you book a water-view room with the mountains in the background, the scenery is absolutely surreal. Although the hotel is located directly across from the train station and you can hear the trains, it didn’t bother my wife or me at all—the breathtaking setting more than made up for it. Loved this little hotel! The staff were so kind and accommodating! Loved the breakfast, the room was adorable and felt so big with large vaulted ceilings. We stayed in 5 cities on our trip and this was by far our favorite hotel. Couldn't pick a better location either!!

One of the coolest places I ever had the pleasure of staying at!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Excellent location!! Extremely clean and wonderful staff!! A 14th century structure with all the best modern upgrades! Located right on the main street and about a 2 minute walk from the duomo - yet, with huge rock walls and double-pane windows, we didn’t hear any of the crowd below. Step out the door and you have shopping, cafes and restaurants within steps!! The host was super nice, professional and so accommodating. Comfy bed and amazing upgraded bathroom!! I dig the big shower - only shower I’ve experienced which is better than mine at home! If I’m ever lucky enough to return to Florence, I’ll definitely stay here again!! Arrivederci!
