Great Hotel, Location, and Excellent service

Great hotel in the middle of florence! Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, thanks to Alessandro, the manager, who was super friendly, helpful, and caring. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to our friends & family. Alessandro made our trip extra special since the airport lost my luggage and he was more helpful than the airport. Great hotel, perfect location, and wonderful customer service. :)

Welcoming hosts who went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room was clean and comfortably furnished and there is a very pleasant courtyard at the back - most welcoming after 'foot slogging' aroun Florence. A number of reviews comment on the distance to the main sights of Florence. We certainly found that the centre is really only a short walk away. we walked into and criss crossed the city even went up to the highpoint of Michelangelo Piazza and back to Cimarosa Harmony all on foot (and we are in our 70's) so do not be put off by comments from people who possibly are used to getting the car out to travel 200 metres. We would happily recommend Cimarosa Harmony to our friends and family.Thank you for looking after us

muito econômico

Alguns quartos ficam muito próximos da rua. O barulho incomoda. O café da manhã é em bar dois quarteirões distantes e é bem restrito. O hotel fica 1,4km da estação, impossível parar o carro e para andar de ônibus você anda o mesmo que o ônibus até o ponto. As toalhas são trocadas a cada 2 dias e como não exitem janelas fican molhadas. Atenção pois o proprietário nem sempre esta no hotel e pode ser necessário ligar para ele.

Clean, but services are bad

The room is clean and the location is close to bus #22 and #23 in Firenze. When we visited the area, the temperature is still chilly (for us). They did not provide heating for guests, which I mentioned to the managers. But they simply replied the heater was not working at all. I felt that they just took excuses, which is the main reason for their poor rating.

Trato y habitaciones excelentes

Es una casa de huéspedes familiar, muy cómoda y con habitaciones diseñadas al detalle. No sirven comidas ni desayunos, pero recomiendas bares muy cercanos en los que ofrecen un trato especial, cercano y barato. Está a un cuarto de hora andando de Santa María Novella, en una zona que ya no es turística, pero es una zona muy tranquila que permite descansar. Si hace bueno, se puede disfrutar de un patio con terraza, que es espectacular. La habitación disponía de una cama inmensa y un baño quizás un poco pequeño, pero perfectamente dotado y equipado. La limpieza era sobresaliente.

Absolute excellent service

Do not be fooled by the entrance to this beautiful little boutique hotel. 5 lovely delightful well kept rooms located around a lovely court yard. The owners spoke excellent English and their attention personal service was second to none. They gave us a map and explained the bus routes so we felt totally at ease traveling around. Location was excellent close to transport and small shopping area with a great restaurant just 2mins walk away. Even got a great hair cut from local hair salon [2 to choose from] I would recommend this hotel to anyone it was enchanting.:-)
