The property is in flux as the rooms are modified into spacious suites. Should be great when complete, but the pool, the breakfast and even the bulbs in some room lamps were missing, as was the battery to one of the TV's. VERY nice desk personnel, however, and a great rate for our clean, large room in the meantime.

Needs to be updated. My bathroom door would not close, microwave was nasty and roaches was in microwave. Lock on main door had been busted open,and that evening roaches came out and was crawling everywhere. How can this be a Clairion Hotel!!!!! The pool wasn't open and hasn't been for a while. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Bar and restaurant wasn't operational. Boxes everywhere as if renovating. No breakfast, just cookies and juice. The things that was advertised on Expedia was not at the hotel. I wish I could be fully refunded. My first and last stay there.

I never leave reviews but this property was so bad I left and went to another hotel. The room looked like it was under active renovation with exposed wiring and a hole in the wall. The blinds didn't close. There was no hot water. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. And to top it off there was no fire alarm; it had been completely removed.

Check in was easy.place is old and under repair. Bed was comfortable (a little soft for me). Bathroom,toilet was not clean(urine on seat,ewwww). Window all foggy. A work in progress.

The room was gross. A pair of poopy panties were on the bathroom door. There were stains on the walls and lampshade. There were exposed wires. The fire detector was hanging from the wall. There were no batteries in the remote control.

NEVER AGAIN!!! WORST CLARION I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!

Room Smelled of mold, bathroom wasn't cleaned properly/ mold on shower curtain and tile. Had no cable or internet service in any rooms. didn't stay at the Clarion, moved across the street to another location.

Breakfast was supposed to be included. They told us to go bags with fruit etc would be available in the morning. Juice boxes and granola bars were on a tray. That’s it. Room stank of smoke and was not in very good condition. Would not stay there again.

They did a remodeling at the property, but it seems a terrible job! Our room was dirty, including the toilet, it had a hole at the wall, the door was stuck, and some guests were doing barbecue with out loud music at the parking lot, close to our room. I couldn't sleep until they finished their party!!!

Needs a LOT of maintenance

We stopped here on a road trip with the family, so we didn't get time to look around much, but this place feels unsafe. The rooms stink like smoke, the cooler is very loud, and the entire front of the room is a huge window, which limits the feeling of privacy and security. Added to this the lack of maintenance and dirty bathtub... This place has so much potential, but needs a lot of maintenance TLC before families feel safe.

The place was filthy. Electric outlets without plates. Floor was filthy. It was very uncomfortable having my young grandchildren there. Vending machines were broken down. If we wouldn't have been exhausted we would have checked out and kept driving. We got up at 5am just to get the hell out.

Bed was comfortable. Headboard was dirty. If you want to watch tv you have to download Google TV to your phone and mirror to TV. No success with that. I couldn’t connect to TV. Bluetooth???The TV is new , furniture, floors, upgrades for sure but same old tub with new surround. My feet were dirty after walking on the floors barefoot. Where your black socks.

stayed 2 non consecutive nights. Good price. 2 comfortable queens each night. Only 3 were clean. brown wooden specks found in one bed. Reasonably clean. Breakfast was: bottle of water, coffee cake and/or cheese cake. What? Who eats cheese cake for breakfast? Handicapped and asked for a room near the lobby. No such thing. 1st night gave us a very inconvenient room location. Learned and better the 2nd night.

Dirty Room and Hotel

The room smelled like Pot when I first opened the door. The door was ridiculous to open, something is wrong with the lock or knob! The bathroom area was disgustingly dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months! The hair in the sink and the shower drain was beyond GROSS! The only nice thing in the room was the shower! MINUS THE HAIR IN THE DRAIN I hope to never stay at this hotel again!!!
