This apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator in an elegant building in Via Ricasoli, a very quiet and elegant street in the center of Florence, a few meters from the Duomo, and from the famous Galleria dell'Accademia.
This holiday apartment in Florence is located at the Duomo. This extraordinary strategic position makes it an apartment both easily reachable from the Santa Maria Novella train station, and an excellent base for visiting all the main attractions of the city, always moving on foot.
The apartment was completely renovated in March 2015 and is ideal for a couple who wants to spend a romantic holiday in Florence.
It is composed of an intimate and bright room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and bidet.
The apartment is really nice and very cared for down to the last detail, to guarantee an unforgettable holiday.
Equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning, heating, TV, wi fi, as well as all the necessary accessories for a comfortable living room including fridge, kettle, moka hairdryer, and table accessories.
Furthermore our guests will find at their disposal coffee, sugar, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
For those arriving by car, about 100 meters from the apartment there is a paid garage.
Very close to the apartment you can find any type of service, including car rental agencies, in case you need a car to visit the areas around Florence. Always a few meters away we will be able to find an ATM, a pharmacy, a newsstand, a bus stop and a small supermarket.
