The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. When the staff was there they were very helpful. It would have been nice to have someone there the whole day. Also it would have been nice to be able to open the shutters to get some natural light. Also the elevator did not work

We loved Eco Urban B&B. Kathryn was super friendly at the front desk, she was very personable and welcoming! This location is perfect especially if you are planning on taking the train to Florence as it is a less than 5 minute walk from the train station. You can easily walk around the city from this hotel, shoutout to Mercato Centrale (we ate here everyday for breakfast). The truffle pasta here is also Amazing. Florence was one of our favorite cities and we will definitely stay at Eco Urban B&B again :)

Excellent clean accommodation!
Absolutely love this property! They have the best customer service. Our room was completely remodeled and very spacious for a family of 4. We love the location. So close to the train. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. Will absolutely stay there again.
