Family Oriented Resort Community in Southern Arizona!

90 day minimum, February 1 thru April 30. Resort community offering 18 hole golf course, family and adult size swimming pools, tennis/pickle/basketball courts, children's playground, dog parks, softball field, exercise facility equipped with free weights, elliptical and treadmill machines all within 1 mile of my place. Master bedroom has king size bed accomplished by 2 twin size beds pushed together, master has glass enclosed shower& tub. Other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds , foldable Army cot will accommodate one person. There is another bathroom with tub and shower. Back yard is enclosed with ornate landscaping. All bedding, towels provided. Children and well behaved dogs welcome.
Nightly rate includes all utilities, cable TV, internet, house cleaning service every two weeks and monthly yard service.

Very nice new home in great neighborhood

Lovely home in quiet area with lots of activity for the family owner is wonderful to work with and very accommodating on anything you need. Owner is very polite and makes sure your stay is going well Home could not be any nicer or cleaner and for the accommodations is very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone this is my second stay here and will stay again.

Stay at Anthem - Jim’s Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim’s home, the house was well set up and he took the time to show us around provided us with extras such as activities, introduced us to people in the community and made sure that we had everything we needed. He also took the time at the end of our stay to meet with us and ask for any recommendations. Will plan to return to Arizona next winter to enjoy the town and beautiful sunshine. It was a wonderful holiday
