The view from our window of the Duomo was wonderful. It made for great people watching in the mornings and at night. The concierge was so helpful and kind. It’s a very old building and you have two flights of stairs to go up, but well worth it for the location! We had a wonderful stay and would come back.

Beautiful room the ceiling was gorgeous very well decorated and clean . Bed was comfy ! All amenities - robes , slippers , excellent toiletries ! Cannot say enough about the staff - great communication before and during our stay ! Very helpful and kind and arranged taxi service for an early departure and a take away breakfast that was fantastic ! Breakfast is just around the corner at a cafe and we had a great breakfast all 5 days ! Right across from the Duomo ( near entrance to climb to the dome ). Very safe and walkable and right in the middle of it all. Highly recommend !

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence

I think it is simply the best place to stay and explore this beautiful city. Rooms are very clean and recently renovated. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. First of all, the location of this hotel is as central as it gets, right across from the Duomo, yet are also quiet from the noise of the very busy Piazza. The rooms are luxurious, very spacious and immaculately clean, and the hotel manager Andrea is extremely welcoming and helpful, ready with all sorts of advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Lovely place! Everything was clean and spacious! We had our own little private terrace where at night we would just sit and unwind. My partner loved the hotel and the attention they give to you. It is a small hotel so it feels intimate which we completely loved!
