We had this apartment as a change from hotels in the middl3leg of our trip around Italy.The apartment was stylish and comfortable with a full kitchen, sofa,dining table. We made ourselves comfortable, did our laundry and ate in a few times, supermarket and icecream shop are literally 2 minutes away. Great location to walk to all the attractions.

The property is in an excellent location as in it is located in an extremely central location. Close to all the great sites. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. However not suitable for an elderly person as there is a big step out of the shower/bath. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit - it was very noisy and not that effective. We had the windows open but had to close them due to the drain smell and mosquitos. But really it was about a 7.5/10 overall.

Perfect stay near the Coliseum

Loved the building, it is close to the Coliseum and other attractions in Rome. It is very convenient and confortable. We would definitely recommend staying here.

잘 쉬다 갑니다.

우리집 같았던 아파트. 리모델링 했고, 집이 탄탄해 보임. 샤워실이 어둡고 조금 불편했던것 빼고는 모든것이 좋음. 주변에 대형슈퍼도 있음. 6일 동안 좋았음. 주인이 자기 아파트에 대해 엄청 자랑. 다른 나라에서 보지 못한 청소비 라는것이 있었는데 감당할 정도여서 다행이었음. 청소비는 예약할때 몰랐었음. 호텔스닷컴 예약시 열수 있는바를 다 열어서 꼼꼼이 읽어볼것. 그래도 1월 비수기여서인지 모든것 합하여 3명이 하루11만원정도에 숙박할수 있어서 만족했음. 그런데 예약시에는 주소가 다른곳으로 되어 있었음. 위치 좋은곳 올려 놓고 실제 가 보면 위치 안 좋은 경우 있음. 여기도 그런가하여 엄청 화 났었는데, 역도 그런대로 가깝고, 여기 저기 다니기 불편한것 없었음.

The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. We felt very safe. Since we were renting an apartment with kitchen it would have been nice to have a few simple spices to cook with as we planned on eating in a couple times.

Уютный отель в самом сердце Флоренции

Начну с местоположения - лучше трудно представить - самый центр Флоренции, в двух шагах от всех достопримечательностей. Заселили нас на час раньше (мы приехали раньше времени заселения, хотели только оставить багаж и идти гулять). Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номер просторный, комфортный, широкая удобная кровать. Большое зеркало, вместительные шкафы. Интернет работал прекрасно. Из минусов - очень громкий слив унитаза, ночью спустить воду - потом от грохота уснуть сложно. Но, по большому счету это пустяк. С удовольствием вернусь в этот отель снова.

Location, Location, Location

The location is out of this world wonderful. The hotel staff was good. The room was large and comfortable. The only downside was it was on the second floor with no elevator.

Location, location, location

Our stay here was all about location and it can't be beat. Just steps to the Duomo and all the history of Florence. If you are going for the room this is not your place. But if you want a great place to stay while you explore the beauty of Florence this place is perfect.
