Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Comfortable, with a great location

Perfectly located within 2 blocks of the Ponte Vecchio on the south side of the river, put it within a short walk of most of the best museums and the Duomo. Clean, comfortable, roomy with shared use of a full kitchen. There are a few negatives-The elevator is so small that 2 people with luggage might have to make separate trips. The shower is also tiny. However the bed was big and comfortable. And the staff, with limited English skills [they speak Spanish and Italian] is only onsite for a few hours a day, though they are very friendly and do their best to help and had an English translator on duty for my check-in and orientation
