The room and the amenities were perfect! And the staff is nice. Two small inconveniences: - when I arrived and they gave me the key card, it didn't work, and I had to go back and forth 4 times, then it turned out that the room that they gave me is already taken. So they gave me another key. - the check out at 10 is quite early :(

I forgot a dress in my room. I have been unable to communicate with them at all to arrange for mailing it. At this point I don’t know if I’ll have enough chance as it’s been so long. Called - no one answered. Left a voicemail - haven’t been reached out. Contacted them through expedia - nothing yet. It’s been 5 days. Stay was ok, easy transportation back to the city.

A modern and clean place

A student home which tranforms into a hotel during summerbreaks. The studios kitchens are equipped with most machines but lack basic things like dish-brush and wash-up liquid. There is no cofeemachine or perculator. No cutting board, salad bowl, corkscrew etc etc. Also the studio does not contain TV. I brought my Ipad which was fine since the wifi is high-speed. The studio is fairly isolated against noise. On the up-side which is considerably bigger than the opposite can be mentioned a good gym (by hotel standards) and a superb roof-top pool. The location halfways between the airport and citycentre by tram is awesom. Overall I should say the the place offers excellent value for money.

Service and Lack of Care let it down

This place could be really good, but like other student accommodation stays, the service completely lets this place down. Check in was good, however, from here it went downhill a bit. The corridors are clean and modern, and finished to a high standard. The room itself is good also, the mattress is okay, and, for a single traveller, the bed is a good size. The bad side is this place is run with completely the wrong mentality. I asked for another pillow as I am a broad shouldered bloke and I sleep on my side. The two pillows they provided were IKEA budget pillows, and completely shot to pieces, lumpy and not supportive. When I asked for another one from reception, I was lied to, as the staff member said the cleaner would bring one up. This never arrived and I write this now with neck pain and aching. They also do not use pillow protectors, so you are basically sleeping on someone else's pillow, drool and dust mites included. The staff are also not helpful. I asked for some extra toiletries as I was staying for five nights and had ran out. I was told that 'this is a hostel' and 'you are expected to manage this yourself'. Funny, because it is not listed as a hostel on hotel sites, and it certainly is more expensive than a hostel. I was amazed and embarrassed that I had to ask for toilet paper. Cleaning of rooms does not happen, and changing linen once a week when the temperature is 40 degrees outside is also not hygienic. Take some care, it could be a great place!

Good facility overall. Wasn't impressed with the room cleaning service - they only clean before and after your stay, unless you are staying more than one month. That should be improved.

It was a good experience overall. It’s a very nice place and the staff is friendly, however, my room was not cleaned once in 7 days that I was there. I wasn’t even offered new towels. Despite of that, I enjoyed my stay!

Great stay for the price, the rooms are a format of student housing, dedicated AC and drinkable water plus fast internet, the facility is 4 minutes of walk from the tram station which is extremely convenient, great service. Definitely worth the stay

要改善） ・シャワーの後はトイレの下まで水浸しで翌日も乾かないので濡れてる面積は広がっていく。3泊で出たからいいけど… ・エアコンの温度設定が23℃までしか上がらない部屋で、部屋の変更のために係の人と一緒にレセプションや別の部屋のエアコンの確認に付いて回らされ1時間くらい取られた。 ・洗濯機はあるのにハンガーも物干しもない。1度揃えればそうそう買い替えはないだろうからそれくらい揃えればいいのに。あとできればドライヤーも。これも中華屋なら5ユーロくらいからあると思うし。 注意点）不満ではないが、洗濯機は有料（2.75ユーロ、乾燥別。）

Studio avec terrasse, très propre et parfait pour un voyageur solo. Espace cuisine avec micro-ondes evier et frigo. Le lieu est facilement accessible par tramway pour aller dans le centre (comptez quand même quelques arrêts) Juste au milieu entre l'aéroport et le centre historique.
