トスカーナの町や村を訪れるには好立地

立地については、サンタマリアノッベラ駅を背にして右側に行くと、SITAバスターミナルの前を通って数分のところにあり、駅やバスターミナルを起点にサンジミニャーノやシエナ、ピサ、ルッカなどを訪れるには好立地だと思います。 フロントのスタッフも好印象ででした。

Posizione perfetta per girare Firenze a piedi e raggiungere tutti i luoghi d'interesse. Accoglienza in hotel non delle migliori ma poi migliorata nel trattamento. Camere spaziose ed ampie ma avrebbero bisogno di diversi lavori, nei bagni prima di tutto. Sulla colazione dobbiamo lavorare ancora molto. In definitiva per la posizione e la pulizia delle camere insieme al prezzo concorrenziale consiglio vivamente questa struttura per qualche giorno di passaggio.

HHB moved us to another hotel because the bathroom was broken beyond repair & no extra room available for us. The hotel that HHB arranged for us was quite far away from train station, We carried large luggage, I booked HHB mainly for its very close proximity to train station (I can pay much less if I stay away from train station)! The hotel in poor condition, we waited at lobby & called desparately for >5min before the concierge show up, 2 broken lamps in the room, very weak air-conditioning (in mid summer, no fan in the room), dusty bed sheet, poor breakfast. It was not of the same standard as HHB, and we found out that hotel's room rate was only half of HHB. I very much want a partial refund.

The location of the hotel was great for walking around the city. Parking was available nearby. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately housekeeping didn't service the room during our 3 night stay. We were in a room at the front of the hotel, the street below was very noisy during the night.

my room was small and the shower was tiny and the room was not cleaned properly, the floor was dirty and I was bitten by mosquitos as it hadn't been sprayed prior to arrival.

Boa localização

Localização muito boa perto da estação central e próximo ao centro. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Banheiro com banheira que quando toma banho molha todo o chão porque não tem proteção. Quando acende a luz do banheiro do quarto do vizinho a luz vem toda para o apartamento, visto que o fechamento na parte superior é em vidro, além de ouvir a conversa do vizinho. Café da manhã atende as expectativas. Nas 4 diárias que fiquei hospedado tinham um grupo de jovem que quando retornavam da rua de madrugada, faziam barulho e nenhum funcionário pedia silencio.

旅費を節約したい人にはオススメ。

立地が良く、料金も手頃なので良く利用します。最低限の設備のシンプルな作りです。スタッフはベタベタした感じはありませんが何かあれば親切に対応してくれます。この立地と価格でwifi問題なし、エレベーターあり、フロント24時間対応は貴重かと思います。

部屋によって偏りあり。立地◎駅、バスターミナル徒歩圏内。

2泊しました。 駅、バスターミナルから近いので、大荷物での移動に助かりました。 フィレンツェには何度も滞在しているのですが、1泊目に宿泊した部屋が、シャワブースが壊れていてシャワーがまともに浴びれない、セミダブルにしてはかなり狭いベッド、部屋自体も狭くて、灯りの少ない暗い部屋…今まで滞在した中で最悪でした。ぐっすり眠ることも出来ず、翌日、フロントに説明すると快く別の部屋に変更してくれました。本当に助かりました。 2日目からの新しい部屋は、改装されていたのか、とても綺麗で広い部屋で、過ごしやすかったです。 最初からこの部屋であれば、間違いなくパーフェクトでした。 朝食のクロワッサンが美味しかったです。 ホテル隣のレストランが、安くて美味しいです。

soggiorno piacevole - attenzione siamo in zona ZTL

camera e bagno puliti - serramenti vecchi e con spifferi - personale molto disponibile - hotel in buona posizione, ma i locali di accoglienza e la struttura in generale danno una impressione di trasandato - la colazione si può migliorare- non era specificato che il parcheggio costa 20 euro a notte e siamo in zona ZTL

Une expérience désagréable

Pour un hotel de 3 étoiles on s'attend a beaucoup mieux que ca, la chargée de réception manque de politesse et parle avec un air hautain pour répondre a des questions simples, la chambre était sombre et froide, la salle de bain petite et sombre avec seulement une serviette, quand j'ai essayé de brancher le sèche cheveux y avait une masse a la prise électrique ! et le service de nettoyage n'est pas quotidien ... Je ne le recommande a personne !
