If you don’t mind stairs this is the place for you. They are in the third floor with no elevator! When we got there no one could help us lug our suitcases up all the stairs. The day we left, the nice young lady working there would have helped us. I was okay with the place as it was walkable into downtown Florence. But my friend has knee issues and had a very hard time with it.

Good clean hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. The only problems were: You have to go up 54 steps to get to the hotels and it is a long way from any of the attractions.
