Fantastic location right on the Arno river, next door to the Uffizzi gallery. Walking distance to every part of the historic district of Florence. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and excellent. Roof top lounge is a perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Breakfast was delicious.Daurio was very helpful .the room needs maintenance and updating.front desk staff was very good as well as the porter .need extra towels for hair washing and air conditioner needs to be checked functioning beforehand and fix if needed before assignment to guests

We had a wonderful time in Florence staying here. The staff...100% professional, helpful and welcoming. The room (4th floor) was the perfect view of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. 3rd floor suite we booked, the room magnificent however was overlooking the lower roof of the below sidewalk, we upgraded from a suite to a king room with a view. So the key here is the 4th floor of above! Enjoy excellence! Ciao.

The hotel was right beside the Uffizzi museum and steps from the Ponte Vecchio. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing a map with walking distances to major attractions and recommending less busy sights to see. They will also recommend some excellent local restaurants for you to try authentic Florentine cuisine and make the reservation for you. Rooms were comfortable and clean with little touches like chocolates every night in your room. The included breakfast was amazing with many choices for both European and North American guests. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was everything I imagined. Anna at the front desk was amazing as was as all the staff but Anna went above and beyond to assist us! My son’s girlfriend lost her iPhone and she was very helpful in guiding us when we found it thru find a phone She made excellent recommendations for dinner as well. Location was fabulous as well! Would definitely stay again when back in Florence

The staff were amazing - from front desk, bell hop, housekeeping - everyone was wonderful. A terrific experience. I had a single room that was so spacious and had a beautiful view of the river and Pointe Vecchio bridge. The furnishings are a bit worn but that's to be expected in a historic hotel. Everything was very clean and I like how the maid came in and straightened the room when I was out. Only cons were that my shower door didn't closs all the way and they didn't supply you with washcloths. I would highly recommend this hotel in Florence Italy
