A good property near the station - clean, modern, organised. Quiet. Close to the station and walkable to duomo. Plenty of public transport options and local restaurants.

We stayed for a night on a last minute trip, chosen because all other hotels were very expensive. It was a good place to crash, I think it was a hostel not a hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly, the room was very basic but comfortable. Impressed with how quiet it was on a busy street. Overall it was good value but not a nice hotel style for a stay.

I might agree with others that this property is probably more hostel than hotel. BUT!! That being said, we had our own bathroom, the room was clean and our group each had their own bed, the showers were hot, they had a good breakfast and they will do your laundry for a fee. And sometimes travel is just what you make it, had we not stayed here we would have missed some good shopping streets walking into the city. Beautiful walks.

Don’t expect to be “wowed”, but this is a good hotel. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Florence. It’s in a residential area, and there are a few restaurants and cafes. There are more options for eating & shopping closer to the tourist, downtown area. Don’t plan on using a car! Parking is quite difficult in Florence, but this hotel helped me out!

The staff is FANTASTIC. They are very helpful and accommodating. This is very critical to have a FANTASTIC front desk workers. There is this one woman at the front desk, her genuine smile warms my heart every time I pass by her . From my many experiences, Italians are FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY people anyway! This is why I continue to visit Italy.
