The location of this hotel is very convenient. The rooms are minimal. They were not spotlessly clean. They have minimal shelves and places to sit. It did have a great shower. Breakfast was offered at a cost but we did not try it so don't know what that was like. That being said we would stay there again if we had 1-2 nights in Florence.

We stayed here one night to be near the train. Extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Easily accessible from the train station. Easy to get wherever you need to go. Would stay here again.

This was a decent stay for the price and how close to the date I booked it. Super easy to get there to/from the airport with the T2 tram. Very good location. Room was pretty good, spacious enough and everything worked just fine. Hot shower and AC were not an issue. It felt clean enough, just maybe the floor could have been cleaned a bit more I thought it was going to be louder as it is right in front of one of the busy streets by the train station but I couldn’t hear any street noise. Nonetheless, the main problem was that the sound proofing of the doors was basically non existent. One night I heard someone on the phone for like 20min at 10pm in the hallway. I also heard someone slamming their door coming in and out of their room like three times early in the morning. My room was right by the breakfast room, so no silence after 7am as I could hear everything. Hotels in Florence are quite expensive so if you still got time (over 2/3 months) would research a bit more. If you need something more urgent, plan to be out for most of the day/wakes up early or just want something cheaper but not that bad, this is a good option.

The hotel is newly renovated and it’s very clean. The beds were amazing and super comfortable. It was so convenient for us as it is right across the street from the train and the tram station, so we didn’t have to drag our luggage very far! I felt completely safe. The walls were a little on the thinner side, but overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This is not a hotel. This is a spartan bedroom with a tight bathroom. More a hostel than a hotel. The room was clean. Very noisy at night with streetcars and noise from the train station. We checked out after the first night. Absolutely no amenities! Desk clerk was very nice. Area nearby felt very unsafe. We found a lovely boutique hotel with all amenities, breakfast, bar, laundry and wonderful staff at per night cost less than the Hermes. I would like a refund for the five days I did not stay. Thus is not a hotel!!!

it was okay bathroom was not comfortable to use, basin small all water went on floor while using it. No kettle to make tea or coffee. rest room was clean all coridoors and lift is very small tunnels.

Great location, very clean room housekeeping was fantastic. Don’t let the abandoned businesses next door deceive you, it’s safe and nice. However the AC was on and room was still hot. Left the window open to keep the room cool and mosquitos kept coming in and biting us in our sleep. So either be hot and uncomfortable at night or risk getting mosquitos bites.
