The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of Florence and surrounding area. A fantastic experience and a place my wife and I will be returning to.

The staff were fantastic. The front of house so helpful in providing great restaurants and booking for us. Thank you so much. The restaurant and bar staff were charming and efficient. Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean. Wonderful hotel in great location

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was huge with tub and shower. Balcony was excellent and the street was quiet, a rare thing in that part of Florence. Rooftop restaurant and bar have great views. We enjoyed the bar and the staff in the bar are great. Giving snacks with our drinks was top notch. Breakfast had lots of options and got us through much of the day. Hotel is a 20 minute walk to the train and to all the major sites. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by.

Excellent hotel and a highlight of my stay in Florence. It’s close to many attractions and an easy walk to restaurants. Upscale area. Room layout was the best we’ve had in Europe. Spacious with two levels and very nice beds. Will visit again!

The restaurant is on the fifth floor it was beautiful. You can see the whole city. The breakfast options are fantastic. Diners were some of the best food we had in Florence. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great place and we will use it again.
