We had a short overnight stay. We had a very early flight out of Florence and chose the property for its proximity to the airport. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs.

I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I was greeted nicely upon arrival. When leaving early the next morning, the night staff were politely waiting for me with a taxi I had requested.

Quarto extremamente limpo Cama desconfortável Funcionários da recepção não souberam nem quiseram ajudar quanto à discordância entre minha reserva que constava café da manhã e a reserva que aparecia no computador deles que não constava. Quem realmente ajudou foi a atendente do café da manhã que ao eu mostrar a reserva do café da manhã não cobrou nova refeição.
