不建議入住

離車站有點遠 沒有飯店招牌(可能是民宿的關係) 所以很難找到位置 淋浴設備多為故障 流水量超小 還會積水 早餐太簡單 第二天還沒有提供早餐(糟透了) 唯一的優點是服務人員還不錯 其他的都不好

Hotelli oli mukava pieni hotelli lähellä rautatieasemaa. Kadulla jolla hotelli sijaitsi on huono maine varsinkin ilta/yö aikaan. Hotelli oli helppo löytää. Aamupala ei ollut kummoinen.

Don't judge the book by its cover

A very short distance from the train station (Firenze SMN). The building of the B&B wasn't look nice but don't judge based on the building, the room was extremely perfect! Very nice very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. I can say it is even much better than some of the hotels!! Highly recommended and I would go back to this place again if it happens for me to visit florence again. Thanks for giving us the pleasant stay.

喱間係一間好有問題嘅酒店， 首先，佢嘅位置係一間好有問題，官方地址錯，好難搵！ 去到按門鐘完全冇人應，於是亂按其他層數，終於入到去，入到去好黑冇燈好似鬼屋咁，到達時係一個人都冇。入住唔到。 於是去對面酒店求救，終於搵到owner,點知佢話冇我地預訂嘅資料，當時搞到就黎夜晚11點幾，仲要係星期六，當晚酒店已經冇咩房，有嘅都好貴，最後成個鐘佢都未覆我，於是只好搵貴酒店入住。 從來未試過book酒店有咁嘅遭遇！ Hotels.com 應評估一下酒店嘅質素先比客人預訂,唔係只會影響到你地自己嘅品牌！

Sono rimasta veramente contenta di questo B&B. La posizione è ottima per poter visitare Firenze. Bastano solo 5/10 minuti per poter arrivare alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e poi dirigersi al centro. Il personale è cordialissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Le camere sono ben pulite e davvero molto carine e sopratutto moderne! Ho già consigliato ad amici questa struttura!

多少分かりにくい場所にありますが、駅から徒歩５分ほどで立地もよく、観光にとても便利です。また、お部屋も清潔で、デザインも可愛らしく、素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。女の子同士や、カップルにお勧めです。

Small and noisy. Poor WIFI quality.

The room and toilet is quite small for 2 people. Wall is too thin to prevent noise . Easily be disturbed when other guests are talking on the aisle, in public area. In-room shower place is too narrow and very easy to hit the wall while taking shower. The WIFI signal is very weak- all rooms are only shared 1 WIFI AP setup nearby the reception area. In general, unless you are budget oriented, this is not a place for comfortable experience.

Bonito no muy lejos del centro

Es un bed & breakfast acogedor, con personal muy agradable y un desayuno bastante decente a 1km del Duomo. La única pega del hotel es el ruido, ya que es un 1er piso y en las habitaciones exteriores se escucha mucho el ruido del tráfico durante la noche.

PRECIO ASEQUIBLE CERCA DEL CENTRO DE FLORENCIA

Estancia regular, lo justo para dormir y asearse. El baño muy pequeño, anticuado y poco limpio. El desayuno correcto y el trato bueno, las zonas de paso con una decoración llamativa, pero se puede pagar un pelín más por estar un poco más cerca del centro y sobre todo mejorar la limpieza, pues para lo que ofrece no es nada barato.

Good B&B close to centre and station

The B&B was perfect for what we needed, the price was cheap in comparison to other Florence hotels. The breakfast was a bit basic but it filled us up and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we were there, there was a very unhappy lady who was complaining because she wasn't able to get into the property for a long time when she arrived. On our booking it clearly said that check in was before 6pm and you had to contact the B&B directly if you were going to be late. I think she had missed this - I am mentioning this because I imagine she will leave a very negative review and I don't believe that this is a fair impression of the hotel. It only took us around 10 minutes to walk to the very centre of Florence and the walk back in the evening felt safe and it was lit the whole way back.

room was clean, bathroom was tiny. the bathroom had a bad smell on our last day, and there was nearly any water coming out of the shower, but after a while flowing water came back. hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the terminal, for us that is quite far walk dragging our heavy bags. the owner was helpful in giving us directions. neighborhood is safe to walk at night.
