The morning breakfast was fantastic. The staff was superb. The people who greeted us were nothing short of amazing. The location of this hotel can't be beat. I cannot think of a better place to stay of all the places we stayed in this two weeks in Italy. This is by far our favorite place. Definitely will come again

This was by far the best place we stayed on our trip to Italy. We traveled with our kids (10 & 8) so location and convenience was important. The room was amazing, even had a loft for the kids to sleep in. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. They even had a bar for a night cap after all the walking we did

Mateo and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome here. We rented this place at the last minute because the VRBO we booked several months prior ghosted us and never sent check in instructions. Mateo dropped everything to get us checked in and gave us a tour of the beautiful, historic palace. It’s a magnificent boutique hotel with only 12 rooms and they make you feel like you’re the only guest. They seemed upset when we weren’t able to come for breakfast since we had early trains to catch each day that we were there. I wish I could have extended our trip because we didn’t want to leave here! Also, the location is superb, right there in Piazza del Signoria!!!
