Great location, close to the train station, making it very convenient for travel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Communication from the staff was excellent they were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Our room was clean and staff were very nice! only complaint was a little noisy early in the morning at times (?construction noise) and occasional noise from upstairs. There was also no laundry we could do ourselves on site.

Good stay. Kind staff. Breakfast is across the street and includes a specialty coffee, oj or pineapple juice, and then a croissant (pistachio, Nutella, or crème) and either an omelette or mini sandwich. Solid breakfast! AC could’ve been colder. Says it was 16 Celsius but it definitely felt closer to 24 Celsius (75 Fahrenheit).

Great location close to train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is busy and loud traffic. Central AC/Heating connected to all units. So if someone is using heating in another unit, you can’t use the AC. Overall, good accomodation if you’re staying in Florence for a day/night.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and everything was kept very clean throughout my stay. Whenever I needed something, it was provided quickly, and the cleaners were always smiling and polite. However, the room was much smaller than I expected. There was only a small area to hang clothes, but no additional wardrobe or storage space for luggage and personal belongings. The hotel was also very noisy. There was a lot of noise and disturbance starting early in the morning, so it is definitely not a quiet place to stay. On the positive side, the receptionist, Anna, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and assisted me with everything I needed during my stay. The location is fantastic — very central and convenient. Everything is within walking distance, and you have easy access to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Comfortable bed with luxurious linens. 5min walk from the train station and about 15-20mins to the river. The host was very attentive and answered any questions we had during our stay We recommend checking out the Central Market for lunch/dinner which is 5mins away!

Perfect and convenient stay for Florence.

We had a lovely stay. Convenient for thr train an bus services. All attractions were within walking distance. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a lovely continental style nearby and room was clean with everything you need for a short stay.
