The staff were excellent! Super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was in a great location along the Arno and was within a walking distance of 10-25 mins to all major attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint we had was the shower which didn’t run very hot and was a bit finicky. Other than that it was a great stay.

Very lovely hotel in excellent position on the banks of the Arno, a short walk from town. Oue bedroom window was at the back of the building, but we had use of a gorgeous first floor terrace facing the front. Staff very friendly, helpful, and clearly love their city, quite rightly. When checking in, I mentioned to the very professional and humourous guy that I visited Florence 30 years ago. He looked at me and said "well, nothing's changed"! Florence is lovely and no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations and shared valuable knowledge about the city, which made our visit even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area. We also really appreciated the excellent follow-up and attention to detail throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious, enjoyed sitting on the terrace and in the courtyard. Checking in was fast and efficient with highly recommend this hotel if you want to be further away from tourists and you have a wonderful view of the Arno River.

The hotel is beautiful, with original art and historical architecture. Our room was well-equipped and clean. The air conditioning in the first room we had wasn’t working so we were quickly offered two others, including a free upgrade to a larger room. The one we chose was cool and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful and the breakfast we had on the final day was tasty and generous. Overall, the hotel was perfect for our first stay in Florence and was a very welcome refuge from the heat.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was clean and there is a great view of the river from the second floor balcony. You may have some mosquitos in your room due to the proximity to the river but this was very minor.
