Very good staff, nice property, clean rooms. Roomkey devices were finicky, great bar and pool area. Honestly the only real issue is the 1ply paper —. You would think for the nightly price they could find 50c for better paper

The staff was excellent! We made it out of the ice storm in MS. We had no powe and no water with a 5 month old and 3 year old. The staff was so accommodating. So thankful for this beautiful Resort to take shelter in. Thank you all!

Could not complain about anything but…..no shampoo in the shower. 😀. Honestly our one night stay was great. 9.5 out of 10. Will hopefully be back soon. Staff was great from the young man that checked me in to the ladies behind the bar to the servers in 360.

EVERYTHING was great. We've traveled most of the world and found one of our best hotel experiences just a few hours up the road. The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful but not falsely so. Quick story: one reason for this trip was to get away on the anniversary of our adult son's death. We casually mentioned this to our server at breakfast. That night, when we got back to our room, there was a vase of fresh flowers, a nice personal note, and coupons for a couple of breakfast buffets. Yes, it is a bit expensive but we have visited plenty of expensive hotels that treated us like we were lucky to be in their presence. Not this one!

Best couple getaway in a great location

The hotel and the staff was amazing. The spa was one of the best we have experienced. And the 360 Grille attached was incredible! My wife and I will definitely make it back here soon!
