Great place to stay, very nearby to the Novella train station with easy access to the center of Florence. Our apartment had a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom which were all very clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helped us to store our bags before we left Florence in the evening. Highly recommend!

A short 7 minute walk from train station to Novella House. The Pitti room is a lovely and large room with Frescos. The minibar with juices and water and tea time cafe and snacks were such a welcomed surprise. Felt like we were in a palace! For those with heavy bags, there are a few steps to get to the lift. Most of Florence have morning and afternoon hours such as 9-1 and then 3-7. Same for the office staff at Novella. And most places to eat dinner will open at 7 pm. It is fun to sit outside to eat but choose a place that traffic isn’t flying by or eat inside. Caution that all traffic buzzes fast, always look around.

The hotel is a small collection of rooms in an older building. But the room was large and clean, the air conditioning worked, and the bathroom was updated. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is small with no breakfast, but they provided orange juice in the refrigerator every day and some packaged rolls/crackers. Well located near the train station and reasonably walkable to the important places in Florence. We enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful apartment! I felt we were sleeping in a museum. With that authentic feel from the past comes with it a small but managable bathroom, kitchen and fridge, and lots of space. The air conditioners tried to keep up with the unusual hot temperatures. Staff was helpful, allowed us to store our luggage and the location was close to the train station, away (but not too far) from the more touristy area, area was safe.

The Hause was clean and there were enough kitchenware to function in the kitchen like your home. You could run the dishwasher or wash the dishes manually. Neighbor hood had some noise for road construction, but it didn’t bother us. Rey close to supermarket, main train station, and other markets. Easy accessible to bus tracks and stations as well. It was a wise choice to take that house.

The location is great (besides the work on the street right in front of the property. Close distance for walking to and from train station and attractions and restaurants. They were working both inside and outside on the building with construction starting around 7:30am - very noisy.

Easy after hours check in. Great communication. Fabulous location, walking distance of all the citys hilights. The room facilities were great, breakfast basket, tea and coffee. Orange juice and water in the fridge.
