Beatiful space which was very clean and a perfect location. Only improvement would be an update to the bathroom which feels slightly outdated versus the rest of the property

My reservation was booked for the 15th got charged for the 14th. Also, got double charged for the entire stay, spent well over 2 hours with the keypads because they weren’t working, our shower didn’t drain, our toilet leaked, and stairs were awful

Instructions to access the property is not clear enough. Lighting of the building is horrible as for the stairs a serious warning should be given as this is an old building. Overall the experience was below average.

Utmärkt läge.

Rummet och badrummet var fint och fräscht. Utmärkt läge mitt i det historiska centrumet. Knappen för att tända lamporna i trapphuset var först svår att hitta men de funkade fint. Mitt enda problem var att en kväll funkade inte koden från gatan in i byggnaden och appen funkade inte heller. Jag ringde kontaktnummer flera gånger utan svar. Lyckades tillslut komma in genom hjälp från ett par vars kod funkade. Jag blev dock uppringd efter 30-40 min och de lovade att se över dörren dagen efter. Hade sen inga problem med dörren efter det, men vet inte vad som hänt om jag inte kunnat komma in.
