The hotel was great! The location is amazing - everything is pretty much walking distance. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. The staff were all lovely, kind and generous. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

This was really great stay. Both location right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge as well as quiet. The staff was so special as they helped us with a personal touch. Room was amazing with the suite. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location! So close and walkable to everything we wanted to see, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge and plenty of great restaurants and wine bars but on a relatively quiet side street. Staff were amazing and very friendly with each encounter. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable.

Wonderful chic hotel in a terrific area. The suite room was roomy, well appointed, clean & very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and made our stay extra special. Great area for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and wandering. It's a very special hotel !!!
