Location, location, location

Third time staying here. The location and the full kitchenette make this a find for the price. Close to the train station, central market, nice restaurants, the duomo and other popular sites. Apartment is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little dated but as an apartment it had a full kitchen and a separate loft bedroom for my daughter. great choice of hotel for a very reasonable price. i would stay there again.

Great little apartment complex tucked away but still close/walking distance to the centre/main attractions. Apartment came with a kitchenette (though this wasn't included in our booking) and second bed and lounge area on a mezzanine.

Easy check in. Nice staff. Accommodations were clean and orderly. It was one of the few rooms available for a last minute booking so the price was more than we would expect to pay. But it slept 3 people with a kitchen and fridge.

Good and comfortable stay with family. The location is amazing being very close to the main station. Also there are plenty of places to eat outside. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The only discomfort felt was that the room was a bit warm. The refrigerator temperature was also a bit high and did not help much to store the food items kept in it.

Great location, older property

Great location near the train station. Older property, stayed in an apartment. Difficult to find appropriate power points for international adaptor they are mainly 3 prong, found one 2 prong adaptor in the kitchenette. Very helpful customer service, we wanted to leave our luggage early to go on a day trip to Pisa and they were able to accommodate even though it was 630am.
