Struttura a due passi dal centro (circa 10 minuti a piedi) Stanza molto ampia e confortevole. Tutto molto pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Alessandro e Agata sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici. Torneremo sicuramente.

Owner/receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. There were very loud residents the first night but I sent the hotel a message through Expedia, and it was taken care of right away. Breakfast was a nice surprise! The owner made us fresh cappuccino which was wonderful and so convenient to enjoy breakfast at our hotel. The room was small but clean, private bathroom in our room, hotel was in a good, easy to find location. It was about 20 min walk to Accademia and the Duomo, and 10 min taxi ride to the train station. I would definitely return again!

Desde antes de iniciar la estadía, sus anfitriones nos contactaron para entregarnos información de como llegar y coordinación del ingreso. La residencia tiene 7 habitaciones, son todas insonorizadas, lo que permite descansar muy bien y sentirse muy cómodo. Además, tienen un pequeño balcón privado, bonito y acogedor. Nos gustó mucho el lugar, muy bien diseñado. Nosotros decidimos caminar todo el tiempo, estando a 20 minutos de la estación central de trenes y a menos de 15 minutos de los principales atractivos turísticos.

The ladies that run this place are very organized and it made for an easy check in process. The night before, they emailed us our own access code with which to gain entry to the building and their b&b area. This meant that we could arrive whenever was convenient for us. The hosts were kind, and the place was clean. We were happy with our stay there, and would go again.

Très typique italien. Cadre idyllique, la chambre que nous avons eu nous a bluffée par sa taille et la hauteur sous plafond. Impressionnant. Le personnel très agréable et petit + elles parlent français. Propreté de la chambre rien à redire Séjour pour un cadeau d’anniversaire et nos espérances ont largement été surpassées. La résidence est située à 20 minutes à pieds du Duomo mais il fait tellement bon flâner dans les rues de Florence qu’on ne voit pas le temps passer (même sous 37 degrés)
