This was an absolutely beautiful place that had tons of room for our family of four. We had the top floor with a great view of the Duomo. It was an excellent location and easily walkable to everything. The only downside is that we could hear a lot of street noise at night, but it didn't bother our kids, and we got used to it. Would definitely stay there again.

In the heart of Florence

This is a self check in kind of room. It’s right on the heart of Florence, the building is very nicely decorated, the room was beautiful, the bedding was comfy. You get a coffee machine, snacks and water. The bathroom has nice smelling body wash and shampoo. We could see the top of the duomo from our window. We would recommend it.

Nice room with perfect location. Remember to email or call in advance to get check-in details (provided you get these details from Hotels.com, which I didn't, but calling the number on the wall outside worked).

No problems at all with the apartment, which was large and comfortable. Comms with the manager for check in check out etc was seamless. Location was great. Downside was it's very noisy so if you're a light sleeper it's a problem. Traffic noise and loud revellers on the street below are a constant through to about 3am, every day

This was our second time here and we will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the Duomo, yet quiet at night so no sleep interruptions. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. For the price and location it’s a no brainer.

enjoyed immensely!

i arrived early in the day and expected to just drop luggage and wait for check in. i was happily surprised to be greeted by Marina and shown my room. the room is absolutely gorgeous: high ceilings, wood floors, poster bed, antiques. when the sun shines in the windows ❤️! the location is great, 2 blocks to the main square. it’s quiet in the evening, so i got a good nights sleep and ready for my next days adventures.

Apparently, I didn't research this place as well as I usually do. It was more guest house, than hotel. The location was excellent, ( although, any closer to the seedy San Lorenzo market would have been a deal breaker )and the price was decent. My room on the other hand, was a different story. It was clean, but had the most hideous paint job I've ever seen! And I'm a painter. Bright yellow walls, with a yellow and green fabric light fixture hanging over the bed. It would literally give you a headache if you looked at it too long.No refrigerator in the room, or available ice. The thermostat was tempermental, and often gave off a crackling sound, as if wires were sparking. Frankly, I left it off most of the time,as this did not seem to be safe to use. The bathroom was fine, but the shower ( no tub ) was in desperate need of an update. The rusty shower rod discolored anything you hung over it, as well. Room service seemed a little ticked that I didn't want daily cleaning, and were a bit annoyed when I stated as much. Breakfast was super super basic, but did the trick. I didn't completely hate the place, but probably wouldn't recommend staying there.
