The hotel was in a great central location, but even the atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for Florence. Beautiful rooms, great courtyards, a great dining area and wonderful helpful staff. I'm used to staying in more corporate chain hotels - this had all the modern features and amenities but with style and class and elegance. You can't help but love the place as soon as you step inside.

The room was nice and quiet. Plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. The shower was too small and easily could be a fall hazard. The restaurant was excellent and had probably the best meal we had in Venice. Overall a good experience.
