This location is a SELF CHECK IN (alot like an Airbnb) so there is no staff to rate. The room was clean, although the shower could have used a deeper cleaning. Overall, the room was exactly what we needed - a place to sleep. There are no exceptional views, and the private courtyard wasn't particularly private - you are overlooked by balconies above. The location was great and very close to the Duomo and other points of interest. Great for those on a tight budget and needing a conveniently located place to stay.

Great place to stay.

Before arrival we’d received an email with information regarding entry into the building and our room which is excellent. We used our phone to navigate and had photos sent which helped identify the door/building. However, we mainly used a paper map which we found more accurate. It’s so very near the Piazza Duomo, many good restaurants.

The property was well maintained, clean and we felt very safe. We had air conditioning and it was quiet and the bed comfortable. The location is within 5 minute walk of Santa Maria Cathedral, and 15 minutes to Ponte Vecchio or 15 minutes to Uffizi Gallery, or 20 minutes to train station. Taxis were not easily obtained, so be prepared to walk most places. .

Check in was very stressful. You don’t get instructions until last minute and it required you to call the property every time you enter. The bed is very uncomfortable with only one thin pillow and thin blanket. I asked for another but was never provided one. The location is very central and convenient.

Room Eleven is located in old town, easy to get there but instructions to get into the building / room is a little bit tricky. There is no reception and also no room service so it could be problematic if you stay more than 2-3 days. The hair dryer was not working, l messaged them through hotels.com and the maintenance guy supplied me another hair dryer in couple of hours.

The whole check-in process is horrible. The online self check-in website didn't work, they have very very limited working hours so there's no one even there to help you! The room wasn't ready when I got there. I entered the room and it was dirty from the previous guest. I had to wait for them to clean it up. The location is good and very central.

The bed was a single bed but on the bigger size which was nice however I am not used to not having a duvet - they only provide one thin sheet… Wi-Fi and A/C were great. The room seemed clean at first but the moment I sat down on the bed, I have noticed some spillage next to the table, then I realised the sheets had stains as well as the bath sheet… The bathroom sink and toilet were clean but the shower had streaks of water on the walls and door… floor had several dark hair strands that were not mine as I am light blonde. It’s a shame cause other than that, it would have been an excellent place to stay but unfortunately it’s a big issue and I felt very uncomfortable staying here.

Para começar, o checkin é muito difícil, atendimento horrível, você precisa ligar para um telefone local para abrir o portão externo mesmo sendo estrangeiro, depois precisa entrar em contato novamente para pegar o código de acesso do portão de dentro, não é flexível, bem ruim. A privada do banheiro fica fazendo barulho a noite toda. O chuveiro e a cama são bons.

A estadia no geral foi tranquila, quarto e banheiro espaçoso com box de verdade para tomar banho. No entanto, tivemos dois contratempos no primeiro dia, mas logo foram solucionados. No check in (que deveria ser automático) o sistema estava fora, então tivemos que ir a pé em um outro endereço para retirar as chaves o que foi um pouco desconfortável uma vez que estávamos com mala e o centro de florença pode ser confuso de uma primeira vista. Depois disso ao chegarmos na acomodação não havia água quente no banheiro e tivemos que aguardar até às 10h do dia seguinte para solucionarem, já que o horário de atendimento é limitado. Felizmente, logo foi solucionado e não tivemos mais problemas com o quarto.

Accommodatie is goed tot redelijk. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Groot gebrek is dat het hotel GEEN balie heeft en dat je vanaf het kantoortje 15 tot 30 minuten moet zoeken en lopen om het hotel maar te vinden. De airco was een verademing in 40 graden Florende. Het is GEEN hotel voor in principe 55+.
