The location is very central, walking distance to the train station and the main city centre. Lots of dining options seconds away walking distance. There was some work going on during the day in the main entrance so you would hear noise throughout the day but aside from that it was a great stay.

Maria is amazing. She was very helpful and courteous each time we spoke with her. The property is modern with rustic touches, allowing you to have the beautiful touches you want with the luxuries you need. The building is secure and easy to find. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station, tram line, and main tourist area. There’s no shortage of shopping, restaurants, and cafes within a few blocks. Can’t recommend enough!!

Location, noise control on a busy street and check in staff (Maria) - excellent and perfect Free soft drinks and water in room - very generous and nice (not special for Expedia VIP guests as advertised) WiFi and cleaning needs significant improvement e.g General cleaning to remove dust and residual on Day 1 needed. Trash in the room should be removed daily. Soiled bath floor mat was folded up for reuse. (Hoping the towel on the floor was replaced and not just folded up nicely like the bathmat). White part of bed overlay was discolored, presumably from grime Note some rooms are on the 3 floor and the climb is steep A good stay overall for us. Thank you

The staff were very accomodating as we had to check in and check out after hours. They sent clear instructions on how to access the room and keys. The location is convenient, a short walk from the train station. It was a bit noisy as we had a room on the first floor and this rental is on a busy street. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!

The hotel manager, Maria, was very helpful in guiding us to a trusted overnight parking garage and was very willing in doing us a favor of mailing our package for us! The hotel location was great, very close to many of Florence’s main attractions!
