Beautifully updated rooms, very comfortable beds and linens, great location walkable everywhere. The host Maria is fantastic, would highly recommend experiencing Florence with a stay here.

Other than the staircases which is not very suitcase friendly, everything else was great. It’s a small hotel in a great area accessible to everything for a short 1-2 day visit.

Simple walk from the train station, easy to find. Upon arrival we received a pleasant and helpful greeting from Maria. Room was nice and clean and quiet with plenty of space. Close to market and good restaurants.

Amazing stay in Sette Angeli Rooms. Room was super clean and the reception personal was super lovely. Big plus for the free minibar !!! Our rooms was quite noisy due to the road close to it, but some ear foams were provided to cancel the noise.

Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Kaffee und einem Croissant beim 10 Minuten entfernten Bäcker. Hauptverkehrsstraße direkt unter dem Fenster, keine Schallisolierung. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, nicht mal für 3 Minuten zum ausladen. In allem, mehr als enttäuschend.

Great location. Walkable to train station, and all tourists locations. Would stay again. Only improvement would be to add an elevator. The stone stairs 3 floors up are difficult to navigate with suitcases.

Great room. Good working AC. The “VIP perk” of a free beverage was. Standard of the hotel, not just because of our Expedia booking. Besides coffee and tea, the mini bar had a selection of sodas.

The room was what we needed. Ben was comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned more in depth. When we arrived, we were given the wrong code to go through the entrance. (We arrived after the front desk person had left) after we arrived, they stopped responding to my messages asking about breakfast, which was part of our reservation. We never had breakfast at the hotel during our stay. The WiFi only worked if standing right by the door to our room.

Convenient rooms close to train station and center

Great location! Short walk from train station, and close to all site seeing sites. It’s a busy street, but we didn't hear any noise. Check in was very easy, very friendly staff, free items in mini bar, small room but high ceiling. AC worked great. There is a breakfast place across the street. We could leave our luggage the last day for a couple of hours for free. I would recommend the place.

The staff is unresponsive to say the least. I arrived at this property at around 8pm only to find that check in had closed and the property manager had not sent the access codes for self check in. After waiting an hour in the cold night, the host had yet to respond, and it took the intervention of Expedia to get the access codes. The property also incorrectly lists the beds as "2 single beds or 1 king" when in fact the bed is smaller than a queen.

Otel fena değildi. Temizdi. Asansör yoktu. Kahvaltı dahil ettiğimiz otelde kahvaltı yoktu. Verdikleri kart ile bir pastaneye yönlendirildik pastanedeki çalışanların tavırları hiç hoş değildi. Kahvaltı yeterli değildi. Gelecekseniz bu otele kahvaltı tercih etmeyin dışarda daha iyi kahvaltılar bulabilirsiniz.

Buon compromesso per un soggiorno breve

Ho soggiornato per lavoro, per una notte. La struttura è piccolina, ma ha tutti i comfort e si trova comodamente vicino al Mercato Centrale e a meno di 10 min a piedi dalla stazione di Santa M. Novella. Buona colazione in una pasticceria convenzionata a 5 min a piedi. La camera comoda, pulita e ben arredata. Unica pecca è che si sentono molto i rumori dalle altre camere e dal corridoio. Ottima idea il minibar gratis.

Comunicação péssima! Não recomendamos.

Não gostamos da experiência de Bed and Breakfast, pois nada funcionou bem para nós. Chegamos após o horário oficial de check in e não havíamos avisado previamente tanto pelo apps do hoteis.com quanto por whatsapp e não obtivemos resposta em tempo hábil. Foi horrível chegar a Florença e se deparar com a sensação de quase ficar na rua. Eu quis voltar para o Brasil na hora, pois tentamos hospedagem nos hotéis próximos, mas não havia mais vagas ou estava além do nosso orçamento. A comunicação do Sette Angeli foi péssima! Não recomendamos.
