One of the most dirty hotels we ever tried to stay. Walked in room and seen roaches. And the toilet would not flush. And the hallway smelled of cat pee.

Made sure this property was handicapped capable! Called property day off AND DAY BEFORE STAY AND WAS TOLD YES BUT WITH 2 different types of showers. Then got to property and could barely get in the door with wheelchair! No rooms that were bigger, refused to help go to different hotel and this was the worst experience I have ever had with hospitality!!

Felt VERY unsafe! The floors were sticky, the hall was dingy and dark. The photos are musleading. The walls needed paint. People were smoking inside. Just truly aweful.

Our stay at this property was very unpleasant. As soon and we walked into our room it smelled of smoke and musty basement. There was mold in the bathroom. In between the window and the ac unit and very clearly inside one of the frames art pieces on the wall. The bathtub also backed up when we showed. Rust stains on the towels. We were basically just showering and sleeping so we stuck it out instead of trying to find different lodging after traveling all day. The hotel registration desk staff were both friendly.

Dirty and ghetto

Dead bugs in the bed. The towels had stains on them. The outside looks like a ghetto apartment complex with trash everywhere. There’s just trashy people hanging around.

It reeked of marijuana. The entry doors were filthy and the doors to our hall were propped open. Trash cans overflowing. Our room was dirty and smelled so bad, and there was a lot of damage to the room and the bed wasn’t even on the bed frame. Terrible- do not recommend!

Unfortunately, although we purchased a non-smoking room, the entire facility smelled like smoke. Also, the premises were not secure nor were the common areas air conditioned. The lock on the room door did not function properly as well.

Great place for the $$$

Overall, the hotel is in an ideal location for a wedding with family. The room had a lot of damage; bathroom door you could see a hole where someone punched it in. A wall mirror was missing, multiple drill marks around the new mirror in the bathroom so it looks like a prior guest had done a great deal of damage to the room and they tried to fix it as best they could. The bed was awesome along with the refrigerator and microwave - both were essential and fantastic. Staff was very friendly and guests were as well.

It was ok, but overall very disappointing. The hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke . You couldn’t turn off the water in the shower— it was running a little when I got there and I couldn’t get it off. The hallways were dirty.

Property smelled bad. When we left all our belongings smelled bad and we did too. Inside, there were people yelling, dog's barking, and it smelled bad. The clients seemed very low class. The bedside lights and outlets didnt work. The light switches are all upside down and the bathroom condition was rough (unpainted patches, hanging toilet paper holder, dog damaged door knob, etc.).
