Well placed by the station and within good walking distance of various sights in Florence. Breakfast was continental and ample. My only reservation is the noise that emanates from the breakfast area very early in the morning with doors banging. We were in a room right next to the area.

Quando chegamos ofereceram nos um quarto melhor do que tinha reservado, tivemos um upgrade sem pagar! Otima localização (3min da estação S.M.N e mesmo na praça S.M.N)! 立地は申し分なし

フィレンツェ駅近くとサンタマリアノヴェッラ広場のすぐ横で立地は申し分ありません。シャワーの使い勝手も良くホテルとしての条件は一通り揃っていて快適です。通りから部屋に至る鍵も２つ渡され気楽に過ごせました。しかし古さは感じますが、清潔さはあります。食事は一切ついていませんが、近くには店やレストランがあり便利です。

観光に便利なホテル

サンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から徒歩7、8分の距離にあります。サンタマリアノヴェッラ聖堂の目の前という好立地な場所にあります。隣がレザーショップです。 (グーグルマップで調べる際にツーリストハウスリッチという別のホテルが出てくる場合があるのでしっかりと確認する必要がありました) レセプションは階段を上がらなければいけないので、大きいキャリアケースをお持ちの方は気合を入れる必要があります。レセプションでは老紳士が対応してくれました。パスポートは全員分を見せ、コピーを取ります。市民税？を払う際にはカードが使えないので現金を用意する必要があります。内装は古き良きイタリアのオールドホテルの趣きがあり、私はとても好きでした。壁の色とカーペットの配色がとてもオシャレでした。 20時30分以降はスタッフが帰ってしまうので、ルームキーと共に、ホテル入り口のキーを貰います。 セミダブルのユニットバスタイプの部屋で窓を開けると、小さなベランダが付いていました。寝るだけでしたら問題のない広さです。部屋の内装はとてもオシャレでした。 部屋には湯沸かしポット、ティーセット、テレビ、無料の水ペットボトル、冷蔵庫が備え付けられています。Wi-Fiは電波が結構強めでしたのでネットにはサクサク繋がりました。パスワードとIDは同じ番号でドアの入口に貼ってあります。 バスルームは清潔感があり、問題ありません。しかしトイレに行ったあとは換気と水道管が良くないので臭いが篭りやすいです。仕切りドアのあるバスルームは狭いので身体が大きい人は大変かもしれません。シャワーは湯量、温度調節共に問題ありませんでした。ドライヤーは備え付け、アメニティーはシャージェルが置いてありました。 暖房設備は付いていますが、部屋では操作できません。室温が一定の温度に下がるか、一定の時間が来たら作動するのかは不明ですが昼間は作動しませんでした。 チェックアウトの際はスタッフがいないので鍵をレセプションのカウンターに置いてねと言われました。 とにかく立地は素晴らしいと思います。周りはうるさくなく、静かです。サンタマリアノヴェッラ聖堂、薬局、サンタマリアデルフィオーレ聖堂、ベッキオ橋など全て徒歩圏内で行けます。お腹が痛くなったり、ちょっと休憩するのにもすぐ戻れますので腰が痛い方やトイレはキレイな所が良いという方には良いと思います。
