"2 of the 3 towels in the room were dirty, after putting the sign on the door to please clean my room they just organized the room and did the bed but the sheets and towels were not changed. Breakfast was decent, good coffee."

"This is my second time staying here while on vacation. I was a little nervous as I am from Canada and I don't speak any Portuguese. Igor at the front desk was amazing. He speaks very good English and went above and beyond for me. The one night that I was not able to see the people I came to visit Igor gave me a suggestion for supper and helped me order it.
The only thing that I was disappointed in was the wifi.
I will be coming back to Brazil in 3 months for my son's wedding and will...
