Cozy House in Floripa

Comfortable and cozy house in a safe, nice and central neighborhood, close to the center of Floripa and only 500 meters from Av. Beira Mar Norte where the fireworks display happens at the turn of the year.
Where there are several bars and restaurants, a place for sports and hiking. Where a beautiful sunset happens.
Very close to the Cultural Center with museums, cinema and cafe.
Great access to Lagoa da Conceição and the northern beaches of the island such as: Jurerê Internacional, Canasvieiras, Santo Antonio de Lisboa, Daniela, Sambaqui and English.

The house is equipped with two smart TVs. coffee maker espresso and regular coffee, electric fryer, popcorn maker, etccc. machine washes and dries. Comfortable sofa bed, split in living room / kitchen, split in double bedroom and ceiling fan in second bedroom.
