"Great location, good amenities (I did care about kettle and tea bags, and it all was there! Also, it was good to have a refrigerator to keep our sandwiches there). Staff is polite and efficient. Good to have locker to keep our bags after checking out. "

"Superb hotel, 100% recommended. Very modern reception and room, free option to leave luggage (or paid options with more security). The staff are a credit to the hotel and kindly helped us print out some tickets at short notice. There are no hot drinks options in the room but the reception has a free coffee and water machine, as well as complimentary croissants one day. Quiet room despite central location."

"Great location right opposite the train station. Our room was facing the station so we did experience a bit of noise from traffic. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice. Not given 5 stars as they had a promotion advertised for a beer which was buy one get one free, but when I asked for it I was told the offer had finished, which I understand happens but they then didn’t remove the sign and it was as though they just didn’t want to serve us."

"Wonderful hotel in the most perfect location immediately behind the main square. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and the price was excellent value! A perfect place to stay in Bruge "

"Good value and close to the station. 10 minutes walk to the old town.Automated check in was a bit off putting but there is someone to talk to and the computer did eventually allow me to check in 30 minutes early. The only snag was the luggage storage room which is accessed by a card but no obvious supervision of who does this so did not feel very secure."
