"So first off I stayed here last year for 1 day and loved it. I decided to come back for my bachelorette and was beyond disappointed. First of all we arrive and my girls and I were put into an accessible room that we did NOT request. These are rooms that are made to accommodate certain needs. There was a large chair in the shower a certain a very difficult shower head etc. this made showering very difficult for us and not to mention the curtain kept touching our skin which we hated. We told the front desk and because they were overbooked they could not do anything about it until the next day. Fine. We were not offered ANYTHING for this inconvenience. The hotel comes with access to the beach club which has pools and chairs on the beach. The towels were filthy and hade strong various colored stains. The staff left on days that it rained even though it only rained for maybe an hour and the rest of the days it was sunny. Because of this we were not able to be in chairs on the beach. Meanwhile this was the whole reason why we stayed there. I found this extremely well dissapountkmf considering how much the hotel costs per night. What was meant to be a fun relaxing luxurious experience, was absolutely the opposite. As someone who comes to Delray multiple times a year I will never stay here again."

"Found women’s hair in the shower upon check in. Cleaners definitely not doing their jobs. I would pass on this location if you prefer cleanliness "

"Property was clean, breakfast was good and a-la-carte which is a welcome experience from the usual bland buffet style breakfast. The room was very spacious and the service was top notch."

"We had an excellent first visit at this property. It was beautifully decorated with unique features for its class, such as ample lobby seating, hot breakfast with fresh fruit, oversized roofdeck outdoor pool, and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Our room was oversized and the bathroom was modern and well lit. The HVAC system was quiet and cold, perfect for hot days and warm nights. "

"Not impressed with this property. Expected more attention to details. Amenities promised were nonexistent. The market place that was supposed to have cookies always completely empty no matter what time of day. Staff contradicted saying restock was in the AM or other staff advising restocked in the evening. If this is an amenity it should be stocked throughout the day and evening or just don’t offer it. A lot of mismanagement at the front desk.young inexperienced staff who could care less about our experience. The property seemed to have a lot of potential but sadly disappointed. "

"Upon arrival it was a WOW! The homeowners take pride in their home! Every room is beautifully decorated, hangers in closets, fully stocked kitchen, loved the coffee bar, washer n dryer a plus, the outdoor entertainment area is the best! We used the tv video stations for the outdoor music ambience, it was perfect. Two beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels provided. Host communication A, within 5 mins response. Home is in a quiet neighborhood. About a mile away is Atlantic Ave, a strip of great restaurants and bars. Will definitely return to this home! Ps. The weather was perfect and enjoyable!"

"My wife and I just finished our five day visit to this location. It is set in the middle of 40 acres on a private road. The lake is surrounded with million dollar homes. We kayaked, used the swim in place whirlpool with hot tub. Arlene was a great hostess and took care of any issues. There were five peacocks near our building and added a special ambience to the place. It was 10 minutes to the Dunes State Park Beach (rent umbrella and chairs) and Boynton and Delray Beaches. There were plenty of good places to eat within minutes of the room. We enjoyed prime catch for seafood and first watch for breakfast/brunch. There are also jet skis for rent. We didn’t get a chance to use them."
