"I was charged for an extra night, that I did not stay. It was flooding in my room. Front desk said they will refund me and I’m going back and forth with my bank. I feel getting pool because of broken stare and I still have an ugly scare. Breakfast isn’t complementary as promised. Avoid this hotel to save yourself the hassle."

"Absolutely love staying in the La Mer house. The room was very spacious and gorgeous. Unfortunately the sargassum was pretty bad and we couldn’t use the beach. However we were able to walk to everything."

"Rooms were a good size- though if you book a 3 bedroom it’s worth noting it will be split over 3 levels. The rooms were very spacious but the carpet was absolutely filthy - my kids feet were black with dirt after walking around for 30 minutes, it was bad. The staff weren’t helpful when I raised the issue."
