"We enjoyed the hotel u til we went to sleep. Bed hard and the pillows, well honestly they looked comfortable but they were horrible. It was like laying your head on a deflating ballon. Will I stay at A Hilton resort in the future. The last 4 I’ve stayed at have been a major disappointment."

"The property was disappointing for a Hilton property. It took multiple requests to get an ironing board in the room, and get the room cleaned. It is part of the stay to have the room cleaned but it was not in day one and was not cleaned until almost 6 PM on day two. The pool area routinely had debris around and floating in the pool.
