A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! "It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine.
