The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the view of the mountain from the dinning room was just breathtaking. Really liked the place. I did not make reservation for parking as I was not aware of this, but there was public parking less than 1 block away. It also had many restaurants walking distance. I would recommend it."

"We got a room upgrade, to a room with deck and view up the Auigilla du Midi cable run, and glaciers below Mont Blanc. Top points for room and ensuite which was very nice. Seperate WC which was 3 x larger than typical."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
