"withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2...

"Beautiful premier property. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the local bakery. We had views of the lake. It was a great house."

"Lovely stay! The concierge did not communicate with us the day of arrival and we were waiting outside for a 45Minutes before they texted back and sent an email detailing how to access the location.
