Angela truly lived up to her name and was an "angel" who very patiently called our rental car company to explain the issue with our car, but when she could get no help from the company, she called around to get us a local mechanic to come to the hotel to assist us. She really went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you so much Angela."

The staff at the front desk Michela, Antonella and Eleonora were exceptional.The pool staff Luciano and Giuseppe (King Pinkfong) were awesome, they gave us great recommendations on what towns to visit in the surrounding area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and easy to access. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The room wasn’t super fancy but it had everything we needed. The staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was great each day and the pool was incredible. We liked being close to the city but away from the chaos of the tourists. Be prepared for hills and interesting parking situations. We would definitely stay here again. "
